The goons of Raj Thackeray were beating up the hapless Taxi-drivers and roadside vendors and the police was watching them as mere,meek spectator.None of the political parties have come forward and condemned the mayhem it deserved.Some customary lip services have been made but no one has dared Raj Thackeray to behave as yet.Politicians fear loosing the Marathi Votes if they come forward to protect the poorest sections of our society.They don't consider the humiliation of the poor by goons like Raj Thackeray, something serious which warrants their immediate attention .Had it been someone like Rahul Gandhi at the receiving end of the thugs, then the whole machinery would have gone crazy and the thug would be already behind the bars.But who cares for the poor?
These utter shameless politicians go begging to the homes of the poor at the time of elections and once they secure their votes,they simply vanish to misappropriate funds in whatever ways they can.Rahul Gandhi,the uncrowned prince making merry on national wealth,had no gumption to utter a word of sympathy and he hopes to be the prime minister of this country on the strength of their votes.If he thinks that he can befool such a large population,then he is day dreaming.People have come to know that these are a selfish lot who are only concerned for their welfare and lucrative political prospects.They enter into politics because they can not do anything else for their living.It is easier for them to reach at the top echelon of power by befooling people.But they don't realise that millions of people can not be cheated perpetually and they will be rejected ultimately.The time has come to reject the likes of Advanis,Gandhis and others who are there merely for politicking for their own good.These fellows have no concern for the poorest sections of India.They are national leaders, yet they choose to remain quiet because it would dent their prime ministerial prospects.God save India from these self serving politicians! The only recourse left now to the common people is to rely on regional leaders who have the gumption of showing concern in moments of crisis like that in Mumbai.
One of the living legends of India, Amitabh Bachchan ,has been persecuted by the various government agencies because of his close links with Mulayam Singh yadav and his apparent animosity with the Gandhi family.The thug Raj Thackeray exploited the situation and targeted Bachchan family openly.The state government preferred to let the thug rule the roost in order to avoid the wrath of its political deity,Sonia Gandhi.Mrs.Gandhi should realise that tomorrow her blue eyed boy,Sahrukh Khan could be targeted as well.As per the reports ,millions of migrants will take oath never ever to vote for the Congress until the Gandhi clan is in-charge of the party.
Congress came to power by default and all those who found themselves into power must have utilised the opportunity and stacked millions in their bank. But it is unlikely that they would ever return to loot the country by ignoring the plight of poor people of India,again.The anarchic situation prevailing in Mumbai has shown the true colours of Congress,BJP and BSP.It is baffling why Congress is so scared of Thackeray clan that it has been delaying the implementation of Shri Krishna commission endlessly ?On the one hand it resorts to communal budgeting and doling out reservations to minority communities. But when it comes to delivering the result, it skirts its responsibility completely.Minorities have also understood the true character of Congress party now and are unlikely to trust it ever again.
Raj Thackeray has crossed all limits because he knows that the government at the helm will be unable to take any action due to the imminent general election looming large at the horizon.Besides that the congress government is well known for doing nothing unless the high command decides to instruct the state government under its rule to act and take necessary action.It is the history of congress that it keeps ignoring,sometimes even encouraging,the nefarious deeds of thugs like Raj Thackeray before they become a nuisance.Nitish Kumar has put many muscle men behind bars in Bihar.Some of the gangster arrested are so dreadful that they keep numerous thugs like Raj Thackeray in their gang.
Raj Thackeray on the other hand was thrown out in wilderness when his uncle Bala Saheb Thackeray realised his impotency and chose his son Udhav Thackeray as the future heir of Shiv Sena.Raj Thackeray should still be grateful to him that he brought him up and provided him with clothes and shelter.Had it not been for Bala Saheb Thackeray,Raj would be living in some Mumbai slum,toiling hard to eke out his meals.But now he has amassed illegal property worth hundred of crores and is trying to enter into politics.
It is understandable that Raj Thackeray is just a small time uneducated thug and he should not be given any importance at all.But if goons like him are not punished, then all criminals would jump into politics and start threatening migrants.So it is imperative now that the government act swiftly and chain this pathetic dog.
