Iraqi invasion of Kuwait vs. American invasion of Iraq: What is the moral difference?

When Iraq invaded Kuwait,it was based on Saddam Hussein's claims that Kuwait is actually part of Iraq and now he wants it back.Withing days of invasion he declared Kuwait a province of Iraq and began stealing the country's oil. Then US attacked Iraq along with coalition forces and freed Kuwait.
Reads like a novel doesn't it.Now comparing this to US invasion of Iraq is like comparing apples with orange. They are so different that they cannot be compared. About morality, well since all wars are immoral if they are based on falsehood. Both US invasion of Iraq and Iraq's attack on Kuwait were based on falsehood so that are both immoral.
If you want to compare both on scale of morality, which one was more immoral then the facts point towards US invasion of Iraq. It was based on wrong information on weapons of mass destruction and terrorists in Iraq.Majority of international community is against this war, unlike the Kuwait war where US operation has large support. Also the number of civilian casualty in invasion of Iraq is so high that it makes one scream out loud.
