Dictators Vs. Democrats... It's March Madness Time!

G'day

This one falls under the not quite American Politics category.
Foreign Policy has a great new feature running (which I neglected to notice before Sunday, and thus was delayed in filling out my bracket) pitting the some of the world's top leaders against each other in March Madness style bracket. I'm going to post my bracket up below. I will try to get around to justifying my picks later today or tomorrow. Anyone who disagrees with me, or want's to send me a bracket of their own, by all means do so.
